* 1 lb. sirloin, strip, ribeye, delmonico, porterhouse, filet, T-Bone steak or Petite steak, 1" thick * 1/2 c. orange marmalade * 4 tsp. cider vinegar * 1/2 tsp. ground ginger * 2 tsp. coarse grind black pepper
What to do:
1. Combine marmalade, vinegar and ginger in small bowl. 2. Press pepper onto beef steaks. 3. Place steaks on rack in broiler pan so surface of beef is 2 to 3" from heat. 4. Brush tops of steaks with marmalade mixture. 5. Broil 13 to 16 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, turning once and brushing with remaining marmalade mixture.
