* 1 lb. sirloin, strip, ribeye, delmonico, porterhouse, filet, T-Bone steak or Petite steak, 1" thick
* 1/2 c. orange marmalade
* 4 tsp. cider vinegar
* 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
* 2 tsp. coarse grind black pepper
1. Combine marmalade, vinegar and ginger in small bowl.
2. Press pepper onto beef steaks.
3. Place steaks on rack in broiler pan so surface of beef is 2 to 3" from heat.
4. Brush tops of steaks with marmalade mixture.
5. Broil 13 to 16 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, turning once and brushing with remaining marmalade mixture.
